Lilo and Stitch Movie vs Movie

In the Movie |
This does not happen in the 2002 version. Nani does not have a car or truck. |
While riding home with Nani in her pickup, Stitch drives Nani nuts with his antics. Nani nearly runs over Dr. Jumba and Agent Pleakley while they are in a crosswalk. When she drives on, Dr. Jumba throws a tracking device onto her truck. |
While eating at the Luau where Nani works, they meet David. David is trying to date Nani, but she is too busy. David performs with lit torches and accidently set a small fire on a thatched roof. Dr. Jumba and Agent Pleakley lure Stitch towards them with a chicken leg and then capture him briefly. Nani rescues him from Agent Pleakley by throwing a pitcher of water on him. Nani is fired by her boss after the disturbance. When Lilo asks if she was the reason why Nani was fired, Nani says the owner was a vampire and wanted her to join his legion of the undead. Lilo says “I knew it”. |
While at the Luau where Nani works, Lilo and stitch play with the soda dispenser guns at the bar, dress up the pit roasted pig with a hat and sunglasses. Stitch starts tossing tiki torches into the air and accidentally sets some of the luau tables on fire. Nani is fired from her job.
|
Upon arriving home, Stitch causes more trouble by making a mess. Nani says they have to take him back; Lilo reminds Nani that Ohana means family and no one gets left behind or forgotten. |
After causing so much trouble at home, Nani tells Lilo that the idea Ohana (no one left behind) is nice, but not real right now. Nani tells Lilo to get control of her dog. |
Lilo brings Stitch to her bedroom where he starts wrecking everything. He calms down when she puts a fragrant lei around his neck. Lilo tells him to build something instead of just wrecking stuff. He constructs a model of San Francisco in her bedroom then proceeds to destroy it. |
After trashing Lilo’s room, Stitch clams down after she puts a lei around his neck. Lilo shows Stitch photos in an album and talks about how Nani is an expert surfer and used to be so much fun. Stitch drinks from a lava lamp and is asked by Lilo if he has a family. Lilo shows Stitch a hula dance.
|
While spying on Stitch at Nani’s house, Agent Pleakley is swarmed by mosquitoes; he is initially elated. He screams when they start sucking his blood. He is later seen covered in bandages. |
This does not happen in the 2025 version. |
