Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Book vs Movie

The Vampires have no leader. |
Adam is the leader of the Vampires. |
When Abraham is eleven years old, his father tells him about vampires. |
Lincoln is told by Henry Sturgess about vampires after he is rescued from one at the age of twenty.

Lincoln at age twelve, kills the vampire who was responsible for his mother's death. |
The owner of the plantation is Jack Barts, a vampire, who poisoned Lincoln's mother. Abe tries to get revenge at age twenty, but fails. He trains as a hunter for ten years and eventually gets his revenge on Barts and kills him. |
Abe sees the slaves as the life blood of the Vampires and becomes an Abolitionist in order to stop the flow of slave blood. |
Abe wants to end slavery because of his black friend from childhood, Johnson. He is warned by Sturgess to stick to the hunting plan.

Film ends with Lincoln and Mary Todd leaving to go the Ford's theater. The movie fast forwards to present time where Henry is in a bar and says the same thing when he met Abe.
