   The Capulets and the Montagues are warring families in Italy. The two are family run corporations that are against each other.
   Romeo goes to the Capulet crypt to find Juliet's body and encounters Paris there. Romeo kills him. Romeo doesn't encounter anyone at the crypt and Paris is not killed.
   Romeo kills Paris at the Capulet tomb. This does not happen.

   However, back in Shakespeare times the costuming he may have intended would have been Elizabethan style. Lurmann’s costumes are highly modernized. The opening scene finds the Montague boys wearing Hawaiian shirts and having unnaturally colored hair, while the Capulet’s have leather jackets and metal boots.
